Shamaila holds over 12 years experiences in event management specialising in delivering and hosting fashion shows.   She has worked with, delivered and modelled at fashions shows for Awaz Wedding lifestyle exhibition, along with Edinburgh Mela and off the Catwalk.

She is the main host and part of Scottish Muslims Professionals Network – the volunteer group aim to develop/support motivated and goal-oriented professionals and try to reduce career achievement gaps within the corporate work place.

Shamaila tries to see the glass half full in all situations and her hobbies include keeping fit, listening to music, socialising and people watching!
