Terms and Conditions
• I voluntarily consent to participate in the Awaz FM Singing Competition, hosted by Tony on the Musical Masti show.
• I confirm that I am over the age of 16 years.
• I live in Scotland and understand that I will be asked to provide proof of residence.
• I understand and agree that my performances (audio/video) may be recorded and broadcasted live on air, social media, and digital platforms associated with Awaz FM.
• I agree that Awaz FM can use my image, voice, and name for promotional purposes related to the competition.
• If I’m selected as a finalist, I agree to appear at the Awaz FM studio in person to perform on 02/09/25.
• I understand that all personal information will be handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• If I am the winner, my song and photo will be promoted on Awaz FM’s official social media pages.
• Applicant will be informed about their performance date in advance (we will try our best to allocate your choice of date, but there is no guarantee).
• You will receive a call from Awaz studio to sing on given date during Musical Masti
Show, be ready to perform immediately, otherwise you will miss your turn.
